What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept returns I offer a full money back refund excluding original shipping and handling. Please note the following:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Any and all original tags need to still be attached to the item.
- Email us to obtain a return merchandise number. We will email you with instruction for the return.
- We recomend that you obtain a delivery confirmation number and insure your return package.
- We are sorry, but shipping & handling are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping return.
